Zembr’s mission is to help entrepreneurs succeed by providing the virtual team they need to grow their business.  We offer a range of services from virtual assistance to teleservices, from bookkeeping to marketing and more. We have a global, and local presence, in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

 

We are looking for an organized, self starter to join our bookkeeping team who can help our clients kick their business goals.

 

This part time remote role reports to the Accounts Team Leader and ideally will be based in a UK/US/EU/AU/NZ time zone. It would suit an enthusiastic customer-centric individual who can fit seamlessly into our clients’ businesses and be responsible for: 

 

  • Invoice processing

  • Processing expense requests

  • Credit control

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits

  • Raising sales invoices

  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct

  • Managing accounts inbox

  • Report preparation and administration as required

 

We are looking for an proactive individual who has: 

 

  • An eye for detail, to ensure a high level of accuracy

  • Analytical skills

  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Advanced knowledge in Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB, Sage50 etc


Other Requirements: 

  • Home office set up including computer with webcam, high speed internet access etc
